The worm gear reducer needs to see if the oil level is qualified, and oil level bolts need to be installed. Generally, the viscosity of oil after cooling will increase the difficulty of discharging oil, worm gear reducer should change oil at operating temperature. After cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases and the oil drain is difficult. The worm gear reducer should be replaced at the operating temperature. Inject the same brand of new oil; oil volume should be in line with the device orientation; check the oil level at the oil level screw; tighten the oil level screw and ventilator; speed reducer should still be warm when changing oil; put a receiving plate under the oil level screw; open the oil level screw, ventilator and oil release screw; remove all the oil; install the oil release screw.
